Add a Discount to an Account

Once you have set up your school discounts in Settings, you can add discounts to accounts directly from the Account screen.


To add a discount to an account:
  • Select the Accounts tab on the Main Menu.
  • Click on the account name.
  • Click Discounts.
  • Use the drop-down menu to select a discount.
  • Click the Add Discount button.
  • If the discount is subject to overriding, click Edit under the discount entry to make changes.
  • Make any changes to the discount and click Update Discount.
  • Click Move Up or Move Down to move the discount up and down in the list.
If you want to return an edited discount to its default settings, click Reset under the discount entry. This will reset the discount for this account only.
