Charges Customers Can Pay Online
- You can specify which charges your customers can pay online.
- For each Charge
Code you have created in the Charge Codes section of your Settings
screen, you can modify whether charges of that type will default to
be able to be paid online or not.
- When entering a charge based on
that charge code, you’ll see a check box indicating that the charge may
or may not be paid online (based on that default you set in the Charge
Code setup).
- You’re able to override the Charge Code’s setting at the
time of entering the charge or by editing a specific charge from an
Account Transactions screen.
All charges will still be visible to your customers, but if they attempt
to pay a charge you don’t want them to pay online they will not be able
to select that charge for payment and will instead receive a message
that the charge cannot be paid online.
