Each Account screen and each Student screen has a field for an email address. You can send email to both accounts and students, but you can only send email to students using the student email address (not the account email address).
In order to send email from DanceWorks, you must have a valid school email address as well as valid email addresses for your students.
To email a group of students:
- Select Send Email from the Home tab on the Main Menu.
- Select the email address you are using to send the email (your own email address).
- Click Select Recipients.
- Select Students.
- Hold the Control button on your keyboard and click on student names to select them. Click Select All to select all students' email addresses.
- Click Add Selected to Email Recipients.
- Type in the email subject and message.
- Click Send Message.
