Customer Access Settings

Customer Access Settings allows you to set a temporary password for your customers, select the information customers may view and edit, allow customer registration, and determine which credit cards you will accept. It also displays links to the Customer Access login screens and to your school's class list.

If you edit any information in Customer Access Settings, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes before proceeding to another screen.

To edit your Customer Access Settings:
  • Select Admin on the Main Menu.
  • Select Settings.
  • Select Customer Access Settings.
  • Edit the settings you would like to change.
  • Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
CUSTOMER ACCESS TEMPORARY PASSWORD

The Customer Access Temporary Password is the password your existing customers will receive when they first enter Customer Access. They will change this password the first time they log in.

To set a customer access temporary password:
  • Select Admin on the Main Menu.
  • Select Settings.
  • Select Customer Access Settings
  • Enter the Customer Access Temporary Password.
  • Click Update.

Menu Entry Visibility
Check each option in Customer Access that you want your customers to have access to. Customers may access any or all of the following:
  • Pay Online/View Transactions
  • View Enrolled Classes
  • Register for Classes
  • Add Student
  • Update Account Information
  • Update Student Information
  • View Policies
Item Visibility and Ability to Edit
You can select what information you want to be visible, not visible, or visible and editable. Select the button next to the viewing/editing option you choose for each of the following categories:
  • View Transactions
  • Enter Payment Button
  • View Enrolled Classes Screen
  • Register for Classes Screen
  • Add Student Screen
  • Account Information
  • Credit Card Information
  • Parent Information
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Student Information
Class List Display - Full classes
When classes are full, you may elect to have them removed from the class list display. If you leave the full classes in the class list display, you may elect to allow or disallow registration for these classes. To set the class list display for full classes, select one of the following options:
  • Display Full Classes and Allow Registration: allow customers to see and register for full classes
  • Display Full Classes but Do Not Allow Registration: allow customers to see full classes but not register for them
  • Do Not Display Full Classes: remove full classes from the class list display

Registration Confirmation Text
The registration confirmation is a message that displays after a customer completes registration. To set the registration confirmation text, type the title of the confirmation message in the smaller text field and the body of the message in the larger text field.

Credit Cards Accepted
Check which credit cards you want to accept. You may chose any or all of the following:
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

Require Valid Credit Card Before Registration


You may choose to require a valid credit card before your customers may register for classes:
  • Select Require Credit Card if you would like to require a valid credit card before registration.
  • Select Do Not Require Credit Card if you will not require a valid credit card before registration.

When you have completed the page, select Save Changes.
